These are the ground rules for using Lazee. They're short and in plain English — because nobody should need a lawyer to use a booking tool for their family home.

1. What Lazee is

Lazee is a private booking coordination tool for families and close friends. It's built so you can manage availability and share a booking link for your holiday home — without the overhead of a full rental platform.

Lazee is not a commercial rental platform. It's not Airbnb, and it's not intended for professional hosting or paid guest stays.

2. Acceptable use

• ✓ Personal or family use — great, that's what this is for.
• ✓ Sharing a link so family and friends can see availability and book a stay.
• ✗ Don't use Lazee for paid commercial rentals or professional hosting.
• ✗ Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.

On the free tier, you get one property per account.

3. Service availability

We run Lazee on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability, but there's no SLA on the free tier. We may update, change, or take the service down for maintenance at any time — we'll try to give notice when possible.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens through it. That includes what guests can access via your share link. Keep your share link private if you only want specific people to book.

Don't share your account with other people — each person should have their own.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service.
